I am taking the time to write a review to describe my uniformly excellent experience at Connecticut Facial Plastic Surgery. I began seeking treatment with Dr. Seeley in October 2024 for skincare concerns. The office is neat, tidy, well-marked, and easy to find. Although I was self-conscious about going to my first appointment, every staff member was so friendly and welcoming to me- I immediately felt comfortable and at home. I was treated by Dr. Seeley, who was very kind, knowledgeable, and had excellent bedside manner. He listened to my concerns and prescribed great products that have helped my skin tremendously. Kim helped me check out and was so sweet and caring.

What pushed me to write a review was an issue that I had experienced last week with this office. After a shipment issue with a product that I ordered, Alina worked diligently to help me find the product that I needed and to resolve the mix up. It was a very frustrating situation, as I needed a particular product before an upcoming family event. Alina was so thoughtful and professional- she listened to me and made me feel heard. I really appreciated her and her attention to quickly solving my problem.

It's rare to find a medical office with such kind, courteous, and helpful staff. My experience with Connecticut Facial Plastic Surgery has consistently exceeded my expectations. I would encourage anyone with skincare concerns to make an appointment at this office- you can expect kindness, empathy, concern, and great results!!

My husband and I wanted to look our best for our son’s wedding on New Year’s Eve. He had been considering a face lift for a while and I had droopy eyelids that were impairing my vision and appearance. Both Dr. Seeley and his staff were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He explained all procedures in detail and what you will feel as the patient. He told you the benefits of certain procedures over others and worked with you to make the choices most appropriate for you. My husband ultimately got a deep plane face lift. I got upper eyelid surgery (Bleparoplasty) and a forehead lift. We are both so pleased with the results - we look younger and my eyesight improved overnight - no more shadows from seeing my eyelid!
The facilities are immaculate. He is highly skilled, compassionate, and very personable.
We would recommend Dr. Seeley and his team (office and surgical) to anyone considering facial plastic surgery - get a consultation and be on your way to feeling great about your appearance.

I’m 55 years old and for the first time in my life I am able to breathe out of both side of my nose with no issues. I have struggled with ENT issues since I was born. Dr. Seeley has made breathing through my nose a reality.

My initial visit at Dr. Seeley office in Farmington was clean and the staff was pleasant. He completed my initial exam and confirmed he had the capabilities to give me better breathing . My left side was worse than the right. His staff confirmed my treatment was covered through my insurance and we scheduled my surgery date. A month later I’m not stuffy, congested or struggling with yet another sinus infection.

Dr. Brook Seeley and his office team are absolutely the best! I got a nose job / rhinoplasty and I couldn't be happier with my results. I only wanted a subtle change and he delivered not to mention completely curing all my nose-breathing issues in the process. I highly recommend Dr. Seely for facial plastic surgery and it's so comforting to know that's his specialty. Definitely book the consult! It's worth it if you've been thinking about it - I wish I did this 10 years ago!

I recently had a keloid removed by Dr. Brook Seeley, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Unlike previous experiences with the same procedure, Dr. Seeley ensured I was thoroughly informed of every step. This was my first visit to see Dr. Seeley.
I was first greeted by an outstanding staff who provided me with incredible directions when I became lost finding the office. Everyone was supportive and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Seeley was very gentle and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He asked for a follow up so I could continue to fix some issues on my face going forward. I felt supported and in good hands.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Seeley these past few months. I had broken my nose earlier in the year and was in search of a septoplasty/rhinoplasty to repair the damages. I received a thorough consultation that was very comfortable and provided me with a clear explanation of what the procedure would entail. The surgery was successful and left me with results even better than I imagined. I can breathe better and the cosmetic changes to my nose exceeded my expectations. He is a very kind and professional doctor I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for any surgery. After years of dealing with congestion I finally made an appointment with Dr. Seeley in May. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable from the minute I met him. In September Dr. Seeley and his team preformed the balloon sinuplasty procedure on me, which has been successful! Even though I struggled a bit with the procedure, they were so gentle and kind throughout. Follow ups have been great and quick and the whole team is friendly and nice. I actually enjoy coming in to my appointments! Thank you Dr. Seeley and team!!

Had surgery on September 15th...from the onset I was kept informed of the process and procedures. The office staff are great. Dr. Seeley is great and provided me with all my options for making an informed decision. The surgical center staff are great and greeted me warmly in morning when my nerves was elevated. A great experience considering....Highly recommend.

My experience going to see Dr. Brook Seeley and getting a procedure was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had! From his staff at the desk, to Kim the coordinator, all the way up to Dr. Seelwy himself, I had a great experience even though I was so nervous and not knowing what to expect. He was so beyond professional, kind, friendly, and took all the time in the world to explain everything step by step, answering each and every one of my questions, and not pushing me to get the procedure or any of that fluff that other doctors do. I really want to thank Dr. Seeley and his staff for a great experience! I had the balloon sinus procedure and although I was VERY nervous about having this done they made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring. They are very professional and I am very pleased with the results.

Giving Dr. Seeley 5 stars is an understatement to how truly amazing his patient care is. As a nurse that works with him in the OR and as a patient of his, I would highly recommend seeing him for any of your facial plastic surgery or ENT needs. I have never worked or seen a physician that carries so much empathy, compassion, and knowledge to his patient population. Dr. Seeley's calm demeanor makes for a truly relaxing environment in a stressful situation. His work speaks for himself as he has great results. Who doesn't want to look 10 years younger?

I highly recommend Dr. Seeley and his office/staff. I've had great pre-op, op, and post-op experiences while working with this team, with great results as well. Dr. Seeley and team are responsive, informative, and approachable. If you have any concerns or questions about moving forward with anything that falls under Dr. Seeley's speciality, I could not recommend going here first. I cannot believe how seamless the entire transition for me was because of this team.

I highly recommend this practice not only for the kindness the staff shows, but for the expertise and knowledge Dr. Seeley brings with every appointment.

it’s been 2 months since my surgery and I am so happy with my results! The surgery and healing process were so easy! I would recommend Dr. Seeley to anyone! Going in for my surgery in a few weeks, but scheduling and preops have been a breeze! Excited to see how surgery goes!

Came to see Dr. Seeley with some concerns related to my skin. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Was able to help me and explain everything so I understand. He is extremely good at what he does. I trust him 1000%.

Dr Seeley is great! Years ago I came to him for a deviated septum. He was pretty very new then. I’ve used products he sells including Latisse and Obagi. I’ve also used Botox. He’s simply great!
